50% advance payment may be required to start manufacturing.

Design approvals via email/WhatsApp will be treated as final.

Warranty terms may vary for each product (will be mentioned on the product page or invoice).

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only — not damage caused by misuse, wear & tear, water, or relocation mishandling.
